So we did a bunch of things in Campbell River (Vancouver Island) we went and visited a school that had come to do a week's mission trip with Pastor James in February. So it was me, Pastor James and Olivier (from Zaire that is now called Congo), a very internationally flavoured team. So Pastor James nominated Olivier to cook for their Home Ec (though I don'tt hink it's called that) class. This is what it was. I don't know the name but it was really flavoursome and great.
