Did you notice which side of the road we were driving on. For all you North American people, this the WRONG side of the road. But apparently it doesn't matter. You just park on one side of the road and then everyone drives down the other and if you meet someone coming the wrong way, either you or them move into the nearest gap and the other person goes past. It's bizarre.
