Big Ben framed by the Millenium Wheel. The Millenium Wheel (which is not a ferris wheel because it's only supported on one side), with it's observation pods that do a full circle every half an hour, was supposed to come down after two years. But it has become Britain's (or England's - can't remember which) second or highest paying attraction, so they have kept it on.
